Junior II
(1-2 Grade)
Wed. 5:00-6:00 PM
Intermediate I
(2-3 Grade)
Exciting new beats and rhythms come alive in this class as dancers start to connect to the subtle differences in music and learn how to express them in movement.  Girls learn more challenging choreography and get to use their knowledge to interpret the music.
Wed. 6:15-7:15 PM
Intermediate II
(3-5 Grade)
Thurs. 6:30-7:45 PM
Seniors
(5-8 Grade)
This is the start of our Upper Level Classes, all designed to use the dancers' ideas to create choreography for class dances.  The Senior class expounds on the basics of dance, with attention to the details visible in the dancers' choreography and in their personal expression.  Here they develop a continuity of movement that lends itself to a flowing grace in even their everyday lives
Thurs. 5:00-6:15 PM
Advanced /Elite
(8th Grade on Up)
Upon approval, dancers are moved into our Advanced Dance Class.  This class explores all kinds of music, dancing and expression.  Learning about themselves, the dancers are expected to participate in the choreography, the   music selection and asked to help in deciding costumes as well.  With a mixture of personalities comes a mixture of preferences, so in this class dancers are introduced to a variety of new techniques and styles. We mix dances of strict timing and choreography with "free dances" those without choreography filled only with the individual dancer's creativity.  After being an Advance Dancer the Elite are chosen to choreograph for the class as well as learn to teach and choreograph for other classes and ages.

Class assignments are also based on dance ability and experience and are subject to change.

PRIVATE LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND SCHEDULED AS NEEDED.

Heidi's Creative Dance follows the Beaverton School district calendar.

All costumes will be provided for performances and will remain with dance studio after performances. There will be NO additional charges for recitals, solo performances, pictures, etc.

A recital to a dance student is a wonderful goal and is one of the most exciting and fulfilling aspects of taking dance lessons. It gives the students a chance to share all of their hard work with parents, friends and family. Each child feels an amazing sense of accomplishment at the end of the semester when they get to share what they have learned. Being able to perform several numbers and getting to wear many costumes provide an opportunity for the children to dress up and to cultivate their imagination.
We have two recital performances each year consisting of somewhere between 11-16+ numbers. Multiple costumes will be provided for recitals. All recitals will take place in the dance studio to keep costs down. Recitals will only consist of the dancers own class and will not be combined with other classes.

See you dancing soon!
